Congress recently passed a third bill that changes the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), including substantially changing the rules for forgiveness. Key changes in rules include an extended period to use the loans, adjustments to requirements for staffing and pay levels, and reducing the percentage of the loan required to be used for wages.
