EA is Coordinating on the "Families First Coronavirus Response Act"

Dear Clients,

The Families First Cornavirus Response Act has been passed and will go into effect in 15 days. This unprecedented legislation deals with a variety of issues, but the ones that are most concerning to our clients are the Emergency Paid Sick Days Program and the Emergency Family and Medical Leave Expansion Act.

We are currently reviewing these aspects of the act and working with industry advisors so that we can effectively communicate the requirements and processes. As we work on getting answers for our clients, we will be sharing that information.
