Dear Clients,

Many of you that have secured PPP Loans have either completed your 8-week covered period or are approaching the end of that period. Attention is now being turned to the forgiveness application. We wanted to provide you with some information about this process.

Attached are some frequently asked questions and answers to guide you.

We wish to emphasize that there is no urgency in submitting a forgiveness application at this time. There is no advantage to be gained in submitting early, and it will be best to wait until we have all of the guidance available from SBA and all of the documentation support in place.
