Dear EA Clients,

Last Friday, President Trump signed into law legislation that extends the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan application deadline by five additional weeks. The new deadline to apply for a PPP loan is August 8, 2020.

Please note—this legislation did not impact the loan forgiveness process or deadlines in any way. It was simply an extension of the deadline for businesses that have not yet applied for or received PPP loans.
